Welcome to Kind Route Tours and Travels. By booking a tour, transport, hotel, houseboat, activity, or any travel-related service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between the customer and Kind Route Tours and Travels in relation to all travel services provided by us.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective hotel, houseboat, transport provider, airline, activity operator, or other travel supplier.
• A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and confirmation has been communicated by us.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal, travel, and contact details at the time of booking.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Package prices, hotel rates, transport charges, and activity costs are subject to change based on season, availability, fuel prices, government taxes, or supplier revisions.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm any booking.
• The balance amount, if applicable, must be paid within the timeline communicated by us before the start of the trip or service.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• All cancellations must be made in writing through email, WhatsApp, or another official communication channel of Kind Route Tours and Travels.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, as well as the cancellation rules of hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other suppliers.
• Non-refundable bookings, ticket charges, service charges, and supplier retention amounts may be deducted from the refundable amount.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Carrying valid identification and travel documents
• Arriving on time for transport, sightseeing, and activity schedules
• Respecting hotel, houseboat, transport, and local destination rules
• Ensuring that all names, dates, and booking details provided are correct
• Taking care of personal belongings, luggage, and valuables during the trip

Kind Route Tours and Travels shall not be liable for losses caused by customer negligence, delay, misconduct, or failure to follow travel instructions.

6. Changes to Itinerary

• Itineraries are planned carefully; however, changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, traffic, government restrictions, operational reasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to modify routes, hotels, sightseeing order, vehicle arrangements, or trip schedules when necessary in the interest of safety, operational feasibility, or service continuity.
• Such changes shall not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless specifically stated.

7. Hotel, Houseboat, and Transport Services

• Hotels, houseboats, and transport services are provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to their own rules, availability, and operational conditions.
• Vehicle type, hotel category, or room preference will be provided as per the booked package or equivalent arrangement in case of non-availability.
• Any extra usage of vehicle, room service, heater charges, guide charges, entry fees, or additional services not included in the package must be paid directly by the customer unless otherwise mentioned.

8. Travel Delays and Force Majeure

Kind Route Tours and Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, losses, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Heavy snowfall, landslides, floods, road blockages, or adverse weather
• Political unrest, curfews, strikes, or government restrictions
• Flight/train delays or cancellations
• Natural disasters, public emergencies, or pandemics
• Breakdown of vehicles or operational issues caused by third-party providers

In such situations, additional expenses arising due to delay, rerouting, extra stay, or alternative arrangements shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

9. Liability Limitation

• We act as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers such as hotels, transporters, airlines, and activity operators.
• While we make every effort to ensure quality service, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, accidents, injuries, losses, damages, or service deficiencies caused by third-party providers.
• Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount actually received by us for the particular booking in question.

10. No-Show and Unused Services

No refund or compensation shall be provided for:

• No-shows
• Missed sightseeing
• Unused hotel stays
• Unused transport services
• Unused meals or inclusions
• Early departure from the trip by the customer

11. Conduct and Misuse

Kind Route Tours and Travels reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to any customer whose behavior is considered abusive, unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or harmful to staff, drivers, hotels, other travelers, or property. In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.

12. Website and Content

All content, descriptions, images, itineraries, and information displayed on our website or promotional materials are for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to update, change, or remove content, package details, prices, and inclusions without prior notice.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of bookings, payments, services, or interpretation of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
